Get up close to all the Volvo Ocean Race action this New Year with your school.

We are offering school children a guided tour of the Volvo Ocean Race Destination Village in January.

During the tour, which will be managed and supervised by Volvo Ocean Race staff and a team of volunteers, pupils will get to experience a host of activities, learn about protecting our oceans and the danger of pollution, see what the world’s top sailors have to experience whilst contesting the nine-month, 39,000 nautical mile race, visit the yachts up close, including Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing’s very own ‘Azzam’, 3d simulators, exciting rides, meet ‘Wisdom’ the Mascot and much more.

The tours, which are for 40 children a time, will run daily from 10h00 to 17h00, 8th-12th January 2012.
